Due to COVID 19, there may be shipping delays
When will I receive my shipment?
I Am Restor’d Clothing & Apparel ship out products every Tuesday for most items, so we can coordinate with roasters and ensure shipment. Once Customers proceed to check out, there are several shipping packages available to the customer in order to receive the merchandise in a timely manner. Shipping Packages array from late as 5 to 8 business days to as soon as 1 to 2 business days.
Do I Am Restor’d Clothing & Apparel, LLC ship Internationally?
We currently ship anywhere in the United States and anywhere in Canada (for an extra shipping fee). We do not ship internationally outside of Canada at this time.
Do you provide tracking numbers with shipping?
I Am Restor’d Clothing & Apparel provide tracking numbers for every shipment. Once customers provide us with an email address or mobile number, we will send, text, and or email a copy of that tracking to the email address or mobile number provided.
Who do you use for shipping?
I Am Restor’d Clothing & Apparel use the following Companies for shipping:
USPS, UPS, and DHL Express. Know that shipping rates do apply
What happens if a shipment is not received?
I Am Restor’d Clothing & Apparel will provide a tracking number with every purchase. If for some reason your merchandise is not received in a timely manner, I Am Restor’d Clothing & Apparel we conduct an investigation by checking with the carrier service chosen during the time of purchase to see what happens.
After an indebt investigation has taken place and results have determined that delivery was successful; there will be no further investigation provided by or from I Am Restor’d Clothing & Apparel.
If an error has taken from (us) I Am Restor’d Clothing & Apparel, then (we) I Am Restor’d Clothing & Apparel will resend merchandise using another carrier or refund the customer's money.
If (we) I Am Restor’d Clothing & Apparel are not at fault, the customer will have to reorder merchandise and use a different carrier service. The customer understands that there will not be any refund of any kind.
What if I purchase the product and later on realize that I no longer want the product, but a refund?
